Pipe Relining

We are proud to offer advanced pipe relining services, a cutting-edge solution that allows us to repair damaged or deteriorating pipes without the need for disruptive and costly excavation. This innovative technique restores the functionality of your pipes, ensuring long-lasting performance with minimal inconvenience to you. Here’s how our pipe relining process works:

Thorough Drain Cleaning with Jetter

1. Thorough Drain Cleaning with Jetter:

Before any repair work begins, we start by cleaning the affected pipe using our high-pressure jetter. This tool is designed to remove any debris, grease, or blockages that may interfere with the relining process, ensuring a clean surface for the liner to adhere to.

2. Detailed CCTV Inspection:

Once the pipe is clean, we use our CCTV camera to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the damaged area. This allows us to accurately assess the condition of the pipe and locate the specific sections that need relining. The footage also helps us confirm that the pipe is properly prepared for the next steps.

Pipe Sanding and Preparation

3. Pipe Sanding and Preparation:

To ensure optimal adhesion of the liner, we carefully sand down the inside of the pipe. This process smooths out the pipe’s interior surface and removes any residual material, creating the ideal environment for the new liner to bond seamlessly.

4. Preparing the Pipe Liner:

We then move on to preparing the liner itself, a key step in the relining process. The liner is coated with a special epoxy resin that will harden into a durable, seamless layer once cured. This lining material is custom-sized to match the specific dimensions of your damaged pipe section.

Positioning the Liner

5. Positioning the Liner:

Using advanced insertion tools, we carefully push the prepared liner into position, ensuring it covers the damaged section of the pipe. This precise placement is critical to achieving a perfect fit and full coverage of the problem area.

6. Inflating the Liner:

Once the liner is in place, we inflate it so that it expands and molds to the inner walls of your existing pipe. The epoxy resin begins to harden as it takes the shape of the pipe, forming a tough new lining that effectively seals cracks, gaps, or damage.

Curing and Final Inspection

7. Curing and Final Inspection:

After allowing time for the liner to fully cure, what remains is a brand-new, durable pipe within your existing infrastructure—without any digging required. The result is a strong, smooth pipe that restores full functionality and eliminates leaks or blockages.

8. CCTV Documentation and 20-Year Warranty:

To ensure everything is perfect, we perform a final CCTV inspection to document the completed relining and verify that the repair has been successful. For your peace of mind, our relining services come backed by a 20-year warranty, ensuring the longevity and reliability of the repair.
